Author Bio: Wu Jinping, a senior public relations professional at IPG Group, has served clients including Coca-Cola, Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, General Electric, and KFC. Education: Bachelor's degree in English from Chung Yuan Christian University, studied educational administration in the United States. Experience: Formerly served as the manager of the international department at Elite Public Relations Company, consultant at Axis Public Relations Company, consultant at Chao Communication, and general manager of Diyi Public Relations Consulting Co., Ltd.; currently serves as the general manager of two major public relations companies in Shanghai and Taiwan under IPG Group—Wunderman Thompson and High Consulting. During her three years as the general manager of High Consulting, she won three consecutive championships in the group's internal public relations case competition, the "Annual Best New Agency Award" from Asia's PRWeek, and the "Golden Quill Award" from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
