Features: This paper is guided by Marxist economic theory, drawing on reference-worthy content from Western economics and the experiences of developed countries. It closely aligns with the characteristics of the era, considering both global economic trends and China's practical realities, adhering to the principle of combining theory with practice throughout. As far as I have seen, articles on this topic are either overly practical with weak theoretical depth or entirely based on Western economic theories. This paper highlights the guidance of Marxist economic theory and conducts rigorous research, leading to the conclusion of three fundamental laws and three basic principles. The major approach proposed in this paper for optimizing and upgrading China's industrial structure includes several insightful viewpoints that are truly grounded in China's realities, repeatedly emphasized with a clear mind and a long-term perspective, such as the third paragraph on page 58. This is a pragmatic and strategically significant layout approach. If implemented, it can help avoid economic bubbles in China.
