The first volume, "Case Interpretations of the Patent Reexamination Board—Existing Technology and Novelty," is now published, with the remaining volumes to be released in the future. The authors of this book are all senior reexamination board members. The chapters are organized according to legal issues, and the cases are analyzed and commented on in relation to the legal issues involved and the specific circumstances of the cases. It is believed that the publication of this book will provide certain help and reference value for those engaged in patent examination, patent agency, and patent-related work.
