Adding provisions for steel bar fabrication, pumped concrete, and large-volume concrete construction. Adjusting and supplementing requirements for the installation and protective functions of blast-proof wave gates, rubber hose gates, blast-proof overpressure exhaust gates, and automatic exhaust gates, as well as the wartime-to-peacetime conversion of protective functions. Adding content on the installation of ventilators, dehumidifiers, sound-absorbing equipment, and transformers. Combining equipment installation, anti-corrosion, sound absorption, fireproofing, and acceptance requirements for equipment installation projects into one chapter.
