Features: Researching the corporate dynamic system is of great significance for stimulating corporate motivation and vitality, as well as for post-evaluating and designing institutional reforms during economic transformation. Therefore, it has always been a topic of common concern. Based on a systematic summary of previous research, this book starts with the study of Marxist economics, institutional economics, and related corporate theories, and proposes the key factors influencing corporate dynamics—the concept of national dynamic mechanisms and corporate dynamic systems—using the research objects and methods of organizational theory and institutional economics. It constructs a general model of the corporate dynamic system and assigns it corresponding economic connotations, forming the basic theory of the corporate dynamic system.
Based on the corporate dynamic system theory, it separately studies the dynamic systems of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) during planned economies, market economies, and transition economies, along with their evolution processes, and presents corresponding models of the corporate dynamic systems. It focuses on the differences between the dynamic systems of SOEs during transition economies, planned economies, and market economies, and proposes reform strategies and procedures for SOEs based on reshaping the corporate dynamic system.
Based on the corporate dynamic system theory, the book briefly explains some controversial social phenomena and provides a detailed analysis of the causes of the "dilemma" of SOEs in the competitive sector during the transition period. The author applied this theory to reform a SOE and successfully achieved its "turnaround."
