One must realize one's independent existence and understand one's strengths and advantages. Career planning requires positioning oneself, but this positioning should be dynamic because the environment is changing, and individual capabilities are also evolving. Otherwise, positioning may become stagnant, restricting one's own development. In today's open labor market, lifetime jobs are rare, and people continuously search for their place, breaking the myth that positions cannot change, fully showcasing themselves. Such a social environment also presents new challenges and tests for people to recognize themselves, design themselves, reflect on themselves, refine themselves, and become themselves.
Writing this book made the author realize that in the workplace, one should start with career planning, which involves a serious and rational design of one's future and prospects. It is essential to clarify: What do you like to do? What can you do? How can you do it? How many opportunities can society provide you? Your ideals and expectations should all be considered in the design. Once you grasp these, positioning will reduce deviations. However, society is always evolving, so when the design does not align with reality, it must be adjusted, and repositioning should be pursued to secure the ideal position you deserve.
If you can understand your strengths, recognize your abilities, and dare to refine yourself, constantly reflect on yourself, and improve, you will undoubtedly achieve a reasonable and fulfilling life positioning, thereby reaching your goals and becoming an excellent employee, supervisor, manager, or CEO.
