In terms of structure, it is written in a modular format, targeting the fields of professional activities of property management personnel, and divided into three levels: Property Management Personnel, Assistant Property Management Specialist, and Property Management Specialist. The content of the "Property Management Specialist" volume in this set covers the "Work Requirements" for the three vocational levels in the "Standard," where the "Basic Operations" and "Related Knowledge" correspond to the "Skill Requirements" and "Related Knowledge" in the "Standard," respectively. The National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Systematic Course for Property Management Personnel is applicable for the training and assessment of National Vocational Qualification Level 4, Level 3, and Level 2 in this profession, and is recommended as a supplementary guide for vocational skill assessment.
