Features: Originating from the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon has condensed the experience and wisdom of countless ancestors. It is not only the foundational work of the thinking methods and theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) but also a monumental medical work with characteristics of humanities. The documentary Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon is a great initiative. It successfully combines the profound theories and difficult ancient texts of the classic TCM work Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, which was compiled by medical scholars 2,500 years ago, into an artistic form through vivid visuals, interesting stories, and rare artifacts. It also incorporates the life experiences of over a hundred centenarians who have nurtured their longevity, providing a true portrayal of extending life. This documentary not only vividly reflects the thoughts, theories, and academia of the book but also perfectly showcases the first popular medical panorama of Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon in history, genuinely recording the alignment between the thoughts and theories of Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon and the lives of Chinese centenarians.
