Part 2 introduces heating, ventilation, water supply, and drainage systems and equipment related to healthcare, with a focus on the design and calculation of hospital-specific cleanrooms, high-pressure steam systems, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, medical gas systems, wastewater treatment, and typical laundry and kitchen equipment. The second edition has made significant revisions to chapters on hospital wastewater treatment, medical gas systems and equipment, high-pressure steam systems and equipment, etc.
