To facilitate readers, we have reorganized the included articles by content and refined the text. The articles in this volume are mostly applied research results closely linked to the actual economic and social development of Anhui, covering aspects such as economy, politics, society, and culture. They have played an irreplaceable role in serving the scientific decision-making of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and have attracted the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Congress, the Provincial Government, and the leaders of the Provincial Government.
