Features: "Lingtong Children's English" is a set of four textbooks designed for children learning English as a foreign language (EFL). This series of textbooks takes into account the reality that many children learning English in a native language environment do not hear English outside of class and are unfamiliar with the Roman alphabet. To reduce the difficulty of learning English, the textbooks use themes and scenarios familiar to children's daily lives. "Lingtong Children's English" systematically trains the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Each skill is formally introduced and practiced. The teaching focus is placed on listening and speaking (the natural order of language acquisition) so that children can immediately start communicating orally in English with others. Many children forget what they have learned quickly. To address this issue, each book introduces a certain amount of new language knowledge while also extensively reviewing the language points learned in each previous book. This allows for a smooth transition between each book.
