Features: To help candidates better understand the basic requirements and practices of the art professional examination, increase transparency, and specifically invited three experts to review and analyze selected outstanding answer sheets from the "Guangdong Province 2004 University Art Joint Examination," aiming to set the stage for further discussion. First, from the exam subjects "Sketching," "Color," and "Quick Sketch," although they are the traditional "three pillars," they sufficiently demonstrate the importance of assessing students' modeling skills, color perception, keen ability to capture life swiftly, and artistic expression. Therefore, the questions are closely aligned with the Guangdong Province Art Professional Examination Syllabus, avoiding tricky or off-topic questions. They aim to evaluate students' fundamental professional abilities and levels while highlighting the characteristics of the art professional examination, allowing students to fully showcase their professional strengths. Second, attention is paid to the quality of the reviewed answer sheets. Clear scoring criteria are established for each subject, such as modeling, composition, expressive power of color, basic painting skills, visual effects, and students' creative abilities, striving to ensure fairness, impartiality, and transparency in the review process. From nearly 40,000 answer sheets, over 100 outstanding ones were selected for analysis. These answer sheets exhibit diverse techniques, whether in modeling, composition, expressive power of color, basic painting skills, or creative ability, all reaching a certain level.
