D.P. Schultz obtained his Ph.D. from Syracuse University in New York State and American University in Washington, D.C. He has taught at universities in Europe and the United States and has published numerous academic papers, monographs, and university textbooks. Dr. Schultz has long been involved in the design of aircraft cockpits and avionics systems in the aerospace industry and is a member of the U.S. military's expert advisory team. He has also provided specialized research and consulting services for career development plans for mid-career employees. Dr. Schultz has published several military history books on the American Civil War, the Indian Wars, and the Pacific Theater during World War II, including two that describe U.S. aid and cooperation with China during the War of Resistance against Japan.
S.E. Schultz earned a master's degree in library and information management from the University of Maryland. She has conducted research and managed library and information development in universities, businesses, and professional organizations. Over the past 35 years, she has co-authored three psychology textbooks with Dr. Schultz. Several years ago, she began studying Chinese martial arts and is currently learning the Yinfu Bagua Palm of Chinese martial arts. She also teaches Yang-style Tai Chi. Email: schluzds@aol.com.
Dr. Shi Kan is a researcher, doctoral supervisor, and director of the Social and Economic Behavior Research Center at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also a professor at the Modern Management Research Center of Tsinghua University and the Human Resource Development Research Center of Renmin University of China. Dr. Shi is the vice president of the Chinese Society of Social Psychology, a committee member of the Space Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Astronautical Society, and a vice chair of the National Human Resource Management Qualification Assessment Expert Committee. He is also an expert reviewer for the Management Discipline Evaluation Group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and a member of the Beijing Emergency Command System Expert Group.
Dr. Shi is a psychology Ph.D. graduate from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and primarily conducts research on group behavior and human resource management. Currently, he is responsible for several major research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Central Organization Department, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
Dr. Shi has published more than 160 academic papers and monographs and has received special allowances from the State Council of the People's Republic of China, as well as multiple national and military science and technology progress awards. The "Intelligent Simulation Training Method" proposed by Dr. Shi has been recommended by APEC as a "Model Training Model in Asia." The human resource management system and occupational psychology testing system he developed have been widely applied.
Dr. Shi provides consulting services in corporate human resource management and development, offering effective advice and guidance to senior government officials in China, talent recruitment and training for enterprises, corporate restructuring and market development strategies, performance management for research institutions and enterprises, and competency evaluation for management personnel.
