Features: Under the guidance of Haiyang City's "Systems Thinking, Holistic Reform" philosophy, the new curriculum teacher training program demonstrated bold innovation and practical implementation. It proposed the "Four Pillars" for constructing the new curriculum teacher training model and the "Five Practices" for fostering teachers' professional development. These initiatives preliminarily established an integrated model of management, teacher training, teaching research, scientific research, and teaching reform ("integration of one"), exploring an effective path for county-level new curriculum teacher training.
In practice, they adopted a systems approach, adhering to teacher professional development as the orientation. They identified operational management, educational research, teaching research, and teaching reform as the "Four Pillars" of the new curriculum teacher training model. Through practical and effective measures, they facilitated teachers' improvement, expansion, and enhancement in terms of professional knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The "Five Practices" for teacher professional development—learning, practice, training, and collaborative research—guided teachers to elevate their educational philosophy, broaden their teaching perspectives, refine their teaching behaviors, transform their work methods, and achieve self-transcendence. This significantly improved the comprehensive qualities of teachers and accelerated their professional growth.
From the aspects of management, teaching, teaching research, scientific research, and teaching reform, they actively explored the operation of the new curriculum teaching model, forming a series of scientific and effective operational frameworks. This achieved a revolutionary breakthrough in the traditional teacher training model.
