Features: Property Law is the fundamental law that regulates property relations and is an important part of civil and commercial law. In the socialist market economy, by determining the ownership and use of property, it plays a very important role in encouraging wealth creation, prospering the nation, and enriching the people. To meet the needs of Property Law teaching, we co-authored this textbook, "Property Law," as one of the elective courses in the 21st Century Law Series textbooks published by China Renmin University Press. Our country's Property Law is currently being formulated. To fully interpret the basic spirit and specific systems of China's Property Law, we have extensively absorbed the latest research findings in Property Law based on our experience in teaching and judicial practice, making it as close to practice as possible and meeting the needs of undergraduate law teaching, while also providing reference and guidance for other readers studying Property Law. This book is primarily based on the system and basic content of the draft "Property Law of the People's Republic of China" currently being formulated. The book consists of twenty chapters, co-authored by Yang Lixin, Cheng Xiao, and Mei Xiaying, with Zhu Chengyi participating in the overall editing of the book and the revision of some chapters.
