Features: Immunology and Pathogenic Biology is an important medical basic course. To help beginners build a solid foundation, we have organized experienced teachers from multiple higher medical colleges across the country to write this "Immunology and Pathogenic Biology Examination Guide" based on the training requirements set by the Ministry of Education of China for vocational and technical colleges nationwide, as well as the national unified medical textbooks and higher vocational education textbooks published by Fudan University Press. The book is divided into three main parts: Immunology, Medical Microbiology, and Human Parasitology. The exercises highlight key points, have a reasonable quantity, and feature an appropriate distribution of question types. The question types are designed to match the format of the National Medical Examination Center's Physician Qualification Examination and Registered Nurse Qualification Examination, with five types in total: definitions, fill-in-the-blanks, multiple-choice questions (including A-type questions, i.e., single-best-answer questions, and B-type questions, i.e., matching questions), multiple-choice questions, and short-answer questions. A reference answer is provided at the end of each chapter. The principles of question setting aim to ensure standardized questions, clear concepts, explicit answer requirements, and a balanced mix of memory, comprehension, application, and comprehensive questions, focusing on key and difficult points while meeting basic requirements. The content of the questions emphasizes not only the assessment of basic theories and knowledge but also the application of theoretical knowledge and the ability to solve clinical practical problems. After the questions were selected, they underwent multiple reviews and proofreadings to ensure their scientific rigor and accuracy. This book can serve as a textbook for students in various medical higher vocational education programs, as well as a reference for physicians, nurses, and in-service personnel preparing for professional qualification examinations, vocational training, or professional advancement. The book was contributed to by multiple experts and professors from Fudan University Shanghai Medical College, Shanxi Medical University Fenyang Branch, Hainan Medical University, Hunan Normal University Medical College, Jinggangshan University, Guangdong Shaoguan University Medical College, Shanghai Public Health School, and Shanghai Pharmaceutical School. Due to the urgency of the timeline, imperfections are inevitable. We welcome feedback from readers to help revise the book for future editions. Editors, August 2004
