Features: Adolescence is a golden age, a joyful age, and a vibrant era, but it is also a time of confusion and conflict. During this period, adolescents experience physical maturation, yet their psychological development lags far behind, creating an awkward situation often described as "neither green nor ripe." For this reason, adolescence is vividly referred to as the "neither green nor ripe" stage. During this "neither green nor ripe" period, psychological issues may manifest in some middle school students. Of course, most of these are merely a sense of confusion or uncertainty during the growth process. However, since psychological issues are dynamic and accumulate over time, they may suddenly erupt when encountering certain special circumstances or triggers. Therefore, when middle school students face confusion and conflicts, they need more guidance, direction, and enlightenment. So, how can effective psychological counseling be provided for middle school students? We establish the basic principles of psychological counseling for middle school students as: helping, mutual help, and self-help. Moreover, both helping and mutual help must ultimately achieve the desired psychological counseling effects through self-help. This series of "Middle School Student Psychological Self-Help Books" is based on helping middle school students achieve self-help, enabling them to learn to solve and regulate their own psychological issues, thereby gradually moving toward maturity and independence.
