Features: Since its inception in 1998, the Journal of Financial Law has published over 50 issues. Through the collective efforts of all members of the Center for Financial Law Research, Peking University, it has gradually matured from its early stages. To repay the support and affection of the academic community, industry professionals, and readers, and to prevent some valuable materials from being lost or hard to access, we have specially selected and compiled articles from issues 1 to 50 of the Journal of Financial Law into the Essential Works of the Journal of Financial Law series. This series is divided into three volumes.
Volume 1, The Legal Framework of the Economy, selects articles from the Special Articles column of the Journal of Financial Law. Many of these articles were translated with the special permission of the authors, offering unique perspectives and insightful analyses that hold great significance for research in the field of finance.
Volume 2, Overseas Financial Law, draws from the Overseas Financial Law column of the Journal of Financial Law. After organization and classification, this volume introduces and critiques the financial legal systems of countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Volume 3, Financial Courts, is based on the Financial Courts column of the Journal of Financial Law. To expand the information content, each article has been re-edited and organized, adding legal points of each case, key judicial rulings, relevant theoretical analyses, and practical insights, in hopes that readers will gain the maximum information and benefits from it.
