Chapter 11 is titled "Safety Production," which provides a concise overview of accident prevention in storage operations, dust prevention and explosion prevention, safety protection for chemical agent use, and safety protection for atmosphere-controlled grain storage. Chapter 12 is titled "Introduction to New Grain Storage Technologies," which briefly introduces several current directions in domestic and international grain storage technology development, such as computer management technology, new and old grain detection, grain safety storage technology indicator evaluation systems, and grain storage ecosystems. Chapter 13 is titled "An Overview of Writing Grain and Oil Storage Science and Technology Papers," which concisely describes the writing methods for grain and oil storage science and technology papers. Some chapters also list common problems and solutions as well as key safety points for operations, enhancing the practicality and relevance of the book. This book is a specialized training textbook for grain storage technology and management personnel in China's central grain reserve system and can also serve as a self-study reference for technical and management personnel in related fields such as grain, food, logistics, agriculture, and business administration.
