Features: In recent years, with the continuous emergence of numerous translated works on Western advanced management theories and research publications on domestic cutting-edge issues, domestic management research has made remarkable progress. The development of theory is an inevitable requirement of practice. However, objectively speaking, the development of business administration disciplines in China still lags behind management practice. With the deepening of China's economic system reform, domestic enterprises are increasingly participating in fierce market competition, which places higher demands on business management practices. Practice not only calls for further development and prosperity of management disciplines but also creates conditions for such development. At the same time, theory and practice are interactive. New developments in business administration disciplines will undoubtedly enhance the innovative capabilities of business management. From this perspective, a group of academic leaders from the School of Management at Ocean University of China have written a series of business administration books, with the aim of sparking further discussion and promoting the development and prosperity of business administration disciplines, while also providing better theoretical consultation and reference for business practice. The series includes New Perspectives on Capital Operations, Adaptive Strategies for Enterprises, Topics in Financial Theory, Innovative Research in Marketing Management, Accounting Issues for Cross-Regional Operating Enterprises, Customer Value Chain – Customer Satisfaction, and New Perspectives on Tourism Management. The series has the following characteristics: First, the authors are all experienced educators and researchers with outstanding capabilities in both research and teaching. They have written these books based on their own experiences, combining theory with practice, which benefits both teaching and research. Second, the series focuses on researching cutting-edge issues in management disciplines. It not only highlights new developments in traditional management disciplines but also pays greater attention to the study of cutting-edge issues in management. Third, the series possesses a certain degree of innovation. It does not aim for comprehensiveness or systematic coverage but strives to break new ground in research areas, depth of study, and analytical techniques to further advance the discipline.
