Kenji Iwatsuki, a professor at the Department of Education, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, specializes in human behaviorology and animal behavior physiology. Born in Yamagata Prefecture in 1955, he obtained a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences after completing his doctoral program at the University of Tsukuba following graduation from Waseda University.
