Features: Primary bronchial lung cancer (also known as small cell lung cancer) is the most common malignant tumor of the lungs. This disease has an extremely high mortality rate. Despite various treatments, the average 5-year survival rate is only about 10%, and the incidence of the disease shows a trend toward younger ages, drawing widespread attention from the medical community and becoming a key research topic in the field of global medical science today. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of lung cancer have become extremely urgent and important. Lung cancer falls under the category of "lung accumulation" in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). TCM has accumulated rich clinical experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of this disease. In recent decades, the use of TCM and integrated Chinese and Western medicine for syndrome differentiation and treatment has achieved certain results, both alleviating patients' suffering and prolonging their lives, with some cases even reaching clinical cure. These therapies not only help some patients achieve tumor regression and shrinkage but also reduce postoperative tumor recurrence and metastasis and alleviate the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In light of this, while extensively collecting literature, we combined clinical insights to compile this book. The book provides a detailed description of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer and other various TCM therapies. It is concise, practical, and easy to understand, making it a valuable reference for clinical physicians.
