Features: At the end of 2002, I wanted to find some materials about home interior and exterior for my relatives who were buying a new home and renovating it. Although there wasn't a lack of information, it was very fragmented, disorganized, and some solutions lacked practical value. At the same time, in daily life and work, inquiries from family, friends, and colleagues about home environment issues made me realize that people are indeed very concerned about their home's interior and exterior environment, but often have only a superficial understanding. They frequently end up buying houses prone to environmental problems, which could lead to lifelong regret. Alternatively, during renovations, they might face minor issues, either feeling lost and unsure how to handle them or mishandling them, wasting unnecessary money, time, and energy, and even harming their family's physical and mental health. I believe we need a practical book introducing home interior and exterior environmental issues, which is also the reason I wrote this book. Below, I'll introduce a few features of this book:

Most of the information available online or elsewhere only mentions the relevant issues of home interior and exterior environments and the causes of these problems, rarely covering how to avoid or solve them. For the general public, methods to avoid and resolve home interior and exterior environmental issues are far more important and useful than understanding the principles behind these problems. For example, knowing how to avoid the annoying grease pollution from restaurants is far more important than understanding the composition of the grease. This book specifically includes two chapters explaining how to solve home interior and exterior environmental problems.
Third, it is unique. A significant portion of the methods in this book are based on the authors' practical experience in their work, which cannot be found in existing textbooks, publications, or materials. However, these sections are also highly practical. I hope you will enjoy this book.
