Features: This set of "Calligraphy Practice Books for Multiple Uses and Rapid Improvement" is meticulously designed based on three scientific methods of practicing calligraphy: tracing, copying, and imitating. It is called "multiple-use" because it serves both as a practice book and an example book. It can be used for tracing and redrawing on the pages, as well as for imitating the calligraphy as a model. Additionally, it includes selected classical poems with corresponding annotations, providing material for appreciation, imitation, and creation. It is called "rapid improvement" because repeated tracing, copying, and imitating exercises can quickly correct improper writing habits. The first half of the book focuses on basic exercises, and learners should practice in the order of basic strokes, radicals, and structural composition, progressing from simple to complex. While learning writing techniques, they should also practice writing to combine theory with practice, achieving noticeable results. The second half of the book includes selected classical poems, allowing learners to enhance their training while appreciating the poems, thereby improving their calligraphy skills. This set of practice books has been tested in some calligraphy specialty schools, and the vast majority of students have found shortcuts in learning calligraphy, enjoyed the rewards of practicing, and achieved good results. This set is divided into "Regular Script Volume," "Running Script Volume," and "Running Regular Script Volume." Among them, both the "Regular Script Volume" and the "Running Script Volume" are meticulously compiled by Mr. Li Fangming, Deputy Secretary-General of the Modern Chinese Calligraphy Association. Mr. Li has had a deep love for calligraphy since childhood, paying great attention to brushwork and striving for precision. He was specially invited to participate in the compilation of "Chinese Calligraphy for Students - Popular Teaching Course," and his calligraphy books, due to their unique selection and ingenious design, have been used as designated textbooks by many schools. It is especially important to remind learners: Do not rush to achieve immediate results in practicing calligraphy. Writing ten pages a day and abandoning it after three days, like "exposing to the sun for one day and freezing for ten days," will make little progress. It is not easy to master the writing of one page in an hour every day. One must have the determination to keep practicing until the page is done well, gradually progressing to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
