Features: This year marks the 10th anniversary of the promulgation of the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China." These ten years have been a period of rapid advancement in China's legal system construction, during which a large number of laws and regulations were formulated or revised. These volumes are: "Social Insurance Supervision, Industrial Injury, and Medical Insurance," "Pension, Unemployment, and Maternity Insurance," "Wages, Rest Time, and Labor Disputes," "Labor Contracts and Labor Employment," and "Labor Safety, Labor Protection, and Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases." Each volume not only includes relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and other regulatory documents but also features typical cases published by the Supreme People's Court or local courts on related topics, enhancing the practicality of the series as a legal reference.
