Features: This book uses the internationally advanced mathematical software Mathematica as the computational platform and is compiled based on the lecture notes for mathematical experiment courses in recent years. It closely integrates with the teaching of advanced mathematics, linear algebra, and probability theory and mathematical statistics in universities. The content is vivid, interesting, and connects theory with practice, inspiring students. Each experiment is followed by exercises to deepen students' understanding of the theory and practice of the knowledge they have learned. The book is divided into 4 parts. Part 1 is calculus, consisting of 12 experiments, which are interspersed with the corresponding teaching content of the 5th edition of Advanced Mathematics by Tongji University. Part 2 is linear algebra, consisting of 5 experiments, which are designed to complement the computer-based experiments for the linear algebra course. Part 3 is probability theory and mathematical statistics, consisting of 6 experiments, primarily designed to complement the computer-based experiments for the teaching of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics by Zhejiang University. These experiments are organically combined with the course content and introduce mathematical software for computation. Part 4 is the usage methods of the mathematical software Mathematica and a classified index of its common commands, providing students with references for learning during experiments. This book can serve as a textbook for undergraduate and junior college students in higher engineering colleges and can also be used by researchers and managers who use Mathematica as their computational platform.
