Features: This book mainly collects approximately 150 documents, including laws, regulations, management measures, and rules issued by national and various government administrative departments related to auctions, management measures and regulations released by auction industry associations, as well as rules and business practices of famous foreign auction companies. Except for a few exceptions, the documents collected in this book were published between 1998 and the end of May 2004. We have classified and organized these laws and rules for everyone, providing legal references for auction companies in their auction activities and offering some helpful support for their development. For easy reference, the laws and regulations included in this book are divided into nine major categories: National Auction Laws, Foreign Auction Laws, Administrative Management Systems, Tangible Assets, Financial Products, Intangible Assets, Supreme People's Court Provisions, Comprehensive Documents, and Related Laws. Except for Foreign Auction Laws, the documents in the other eight categories are arranged in the following order: Related Laws; Regulations and Documents of the State Council; Supreme People's Court Provisions; Provisions and Management Measures Issued by Higher People's Courts in Various Provinces; Provisions and Management Measures Issued by National Ministries and Commissions; Provisions and Management Measures Issued by Provinces, Autonomous Regions, Municipality Directly Under the Central Government, and Other Cities. Documents of the same level are arranged in chronological order, with the most recent first and the oldest last. Comprehensive documents and related laws are arranged in relevant order, and documents with the same level of relevance are arranged by level from highest to lowest.
