I. Principles of Compilation
This textbook follows the principle of combining "structure—function—culture" during its compilation, with basic Chinese grammar structures as the main thread, integrated with communicative functions and cultural projects, focusing on daily conversations and cultural knowledge.
II. Characteristics of the Textbook
1. Emphasis on Scientificity and Systematicity
During the compilation of this textbook, major references were made to The Syllabus for Chinese Language Proficiency (compiled by the Office of the National Advisory Committee on Chinese Language Education for Overseas Chinese and the Department of HSK of Beijing Language and Culture University, 1992) and The Syllabus for Chinese Language Proficiency Levels (Trial Version) (compiled by the Research Group on Chinese Language Proficiency Levels of the China Association of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages and Beijing Language and Culture University, 1996), among other new research findings. Additionally, the textbook was developed based on the Chinese language textbooks used by Japanese high school and university students. The grammar points in this textbook are arranged following the principle of progressing from easy to difficult and from simple to complex.
2. Striving to Increase Repetition Rate and Strengthen Student Practice
The compilation of this textbook pays attention to the repetition rate of grammar points and vocabulary. The book consists of 25 lessons and is aimed at students with zero prior knowledge, with content mainly focusing on simple conversations related to students' daily lives, excluding phonetics.
