Features: Standard head-acupoint lines are located on the scalp. According to anatomical names of the skull, they are divided into four regions: frontal region, parietal region, temporal region, with 14 standard lines (25 lines in total, including left, right, and central).
Head acupuncture, also known as scalp acupuncture, is a method of treating and preventing diseases by stimulating specific acupoint lines on the head. Its theoretical basis is derived from traditional Zang-Fu organ meridian theory and the functional localization of the cerebral cortex projected onto the scalp, from which corresponding head-acupoint lines are selected.
