Features: To adapt to the safe and civilized production and first-class work of power supply enterprises, the construction and transformation of urban and rural power grids, strengthen the management of technical standards and laws and regulations in the power industry, promote the comprehensive implementation of power standards and regulations, improve the safe and economic operation of power grids, and meet the needs of power supply personnel at all levels for complete sets of standards, regulations, and specifications, the China Electric Power Enterprise Association Standardization Center organized the compilation of the "Technical Standards Collection for Power Supply Enterprises." It is divided into 11 volumes and 15 books, including Laws and Basic Standards (Volume 7-1 and 7-2), Design Standards (Volume 7-1 and 7-2), Equipment Standards (Volume 7-1 and 7-2), Materials and Clamps Standards, Installation and Acceptance Standards, Test Standards, Operation Standards (Volume 7-1 and 7-2), Measurement Standards, Maintenance Standards, Safety and Power Quality Standards, and Environmental Protection and Computer Information Standards. It mainly collects 857 national standards, industry standards, and administrative regulations issued by national, ministerial, and state power companies by the end of 2001, totaling approximately 25 million words. This book is the "Technical Standards Collection for Power Supply Enterprises" (Volume 7-2: Operation Standards), which collects current standards and regulations on dispatching operation and relay protection and automatic devices. It specifically includes:
- Regulations on the design and functions of power grid (regional and county-level) dispatching automation;
- Calculation guidelines for power grid energy loss, three-phase AC system short-circuit current, and short-term electricity demand and power load forecasting;
- Guidelines on automatic low-frequency load reduction technology and power system safety and stability control technology;
- General technical conditions for embedded power dispatching simulation screens, regional power grid data acquisition and monitoring systems, and power load control systems;
- Technical conditions for static relay protection and safety automatic devices, static distance protection devices, static directional comparison-based longitudinal protection devices, etc.;
- Operating and setting regulations for power grid relay protection devices;
- Guidelines on microcomputer relay protection technology in power systems;
- Regulations on fast transient interference tests, radiated electromagnetic field interference tests, insulation tests, and protection systems for electrical relays;
- Technical conditions for electromagnetic voltage and current relays, rectifier-type impedance relays, static power direction relays, static impedance relays, signal relays, inverse-time overcurrent relays, time relays, latching intermediate relays, and delay relays, etc.
The book includes a total of 80 standards. It can serve as a standard reference book for workers, technical personnel, leaders, and scientific management personnel in production departments of power companies across the country, municipal and county power supply enterprises, and related power design and construction enterprises engaged in the design, construction, acceptance, operation, maintenance, repair, safety, dispatching, communication, electricity consumption, and measurement management of power supply at 500kV and below. It can also be used as a reference book for professionals and students in power engineering transmission and distribution, power supply and distribution, design and installation.
