Features: Ili, in Xinjiang, is a special geographical unit, a "wet island" in the arid region of the Eurasian continent. Its natural landscapes, including snow-capped mountains, glaciers, forests, grasslands, cities, and fields, all radiate enchanting colors. Zhao Cheng'an, a recipient of the "China Photography Art Golden Eagle Award," has long been devoted to photographing Ili. He not only travels on the ground but also frequently uses airplanes to capture aerial views, deeply portraying the splendid land of Ili. This album, presented in seven chapters and sixteen sections with a parallel combination of text and images, showcases the scenery of "Jiangnan Beyond the Frontier." It is also another work by the author after completing series of albums such as "Xinjiang Land."
