Features: The basic content of this book can be summarized as follows: The government is based on a certain model of the relationship between the state and society. Society is a community of human organizations composed of different organizational systems. The essence of society lies in the construction of organizations and organizational networks, i.e., organizational systems. Here, organizations constitute the basic units of society, and social operations manifest as interactions between organizations. The organizational network is the result of this interaction and is the fundamental form of social structure. From the perspective of social structure and in consideration of human social life, we divide society into different social systems formed by the interaction of economic and social systems, political organizations, and cultural organizations. Through interaction, they form certain social functions, primarily establishing social institutions, accumulating social resources, and mending social wounds, among others. They also have negative functions, such as destroying social institutions and social resources. The model of the relationship between the state and society in contemporary China is undergoing a transition from the relationship between the state and the political society to the relationship between the state and the economic and social system. The development of the Chinese government cannot but be profoundly influenced by this historical transformation process. From this, we can conduct theoretical analysis and design on the fundamental issues of the basic foundation of the contemporary Chinese government.
