Given that the HACCP regulations for fruit and vegetable juice products are the second part of the FDA's HACCP regulations, introduced after the seafood HACCP regulations, and began implementation in 2002, they have undergone numerous improvements and refinements compared to the former regulations. These regulations and their background information reflect the FDA's most up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of HACCP theory to date, which holds significant guiding significance for the establishment and implementation of HACCP systems for all food products. Therefore, this textbook is not only suitable for training in fruit and vegetable juice enterprises but also serves as a reference or supplementary textbook for various food enterprises to establish and implement the HACCP system.
