Features: This book is divided into two parts, with a total of thirteen chapters. The first part consists of nine chapters, providing a comprehensive analysis of China's agricultural competitiveness. Its main ideas and content summaries are as follows: Through the exploration and definition of the concept of agricultural competitiveness, it first grasps the essence of agricultural competitiveness, demonstrating its manifestations in two markets: in the international market, it is the ability to expand the international market share of agricultural products; and in the domestic market, it is the ability to resist the impact of foreign agricultural products. Secondly, it uses relevant indicators to measure the competitive advantages of China's agricultural products, clarifying the current state of China's ability to expand the international market and resist the impact of foreign agricultural products. Thirdly, it conducts a further analysis of the two direct and most important factors that constitute agricultural competitiveness, identifying the reasons that restrict and affect the competitiveness of China's major agricultural products. Fourthly, it analyzes the impact of government agricultural support policies and international agricultural technical barriers on the competitiveness of agricultural products. Fifthly, it tentatively constructs an indicator system for China's agricultural competitiveness and, based on this, evaluates China's agricultural competitiveness. Finally, based on the research results above, it proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The second part consists of four chapters, conducting further empirical research on China's agricultural competitiveness from the perspective of specific industries and verifying the conclusions of the first part.
