Everyone faces various breakthrough bottlenecks: creating new products, new services, solving problems, reorganizing processes, and maintaining a strategic advantage, among others. However, innovation requires special skills. "Breakthrough" tells people how to become more creative and use their existing knowledge and experience to generate new ideas—the skill of horizontal thinking in management.
