Beijing girl

Author: Shi Kang
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2004-01-01
Features: A Beijing girl who has just arrived, at first glance, is definitely inferior to those from Northeast and Jiangnan. She usually has an oddly shaped large head, a bit of stiff hair that's not very aesthetically pleasing, and a darker complexion. If you must call it smooth, it's a sarcastic remark about us. This book is a collection of new essays by young writer Shi Kang. The collection is divided into sections such as "Myself," "About Beijing," "Society," "Men, Women, and Relationships," and "Miscellaneous." The texts reflect the author's thoughts on life, society, and literature. The book inherits the author's style, with highly readable and enjoyable qualities.
