Liszt once said, "Criminal law must be determined according to law is an insurmountable boundary for criminal policy," which we should always remember. In the discussion of criminal policy in our country, "strict crackdown" is an unavoidable topic and one that we must face. China has been implementing the strict crackdown for 20 years, and now it is time to review and reflect on it.
