Features: During the reign of Emperor Taizong in the Tang Dynasty, Xue Renhui, the Prince of Pingxi, was ordered to enter the capital to accompany the emperor. However, he was framed by his uncle Li Daozong and was sentenced to death three times, narrowly escaping death. Although he was eventually exonerated and cleared of wrongdoing, he had lost all hope and decided to fake his death, hide his identity, and never serve in office again. At that time, the six kingdoms of Western Liang invaded the Tang Dynasty, and Emperor Taizong Li Shimin resolved to personally lead the army to suppress the invasion. To seek talented individuals, the strategist Xu Maoyong used a trick to lure Xue Renhui out, making him the commander-in-chief of the Western Expedition. The Western Expedition was fraught with danger and numerous obstacles, with many generals losing their lives on the battlefield and numerous heroes fighting to the death. The Xue family generation after generation remained loyal, and the heroes fought bravely to break through Western Liang, ultimately securing the prosperous reign of Emperor Taizong and allowing the Tang emperor to return in triumph.
