Features: Learning to draw, whether attending professional art schools or self-studying, generally follows two approaches: observation and copying. Due to the comprehensive facilities, standardized teaching curricula, and teacher guidance in art schools, they place greater emphasis on observation-based teaching. Copying is precisely the best method for learning how to express objective things. In the past two years, the author has visited dozens of new and old art schools and art departments in comprehensive universities across 8 provinces and cities, and has been particularly struck by the weak teaching resources and insufficient high-quality art image materials.
