Features: In life, many mechanical devices or electronic instruments can be turned off and the main power shut down when not in use. On the way home, if you encounter a traffic jam, you can easily turn off the engine. But unfortunately, our brains don’t have such a switch. After the brain has undergone high-intensity thinking and endured great pressure, even though we have long put down our work and left our posts, imagining how to properly reward ourselves, dazzling words, questions, or even a slight frustration in our hearts always linger, leaving a lingering sense of fatigue, emptiness, and extreme exhaustion. Many people, after work or school, plan to relax and enjoy their leisure time, but they often encounter this problem: we can force our bodies and minds to be extremely tired, but we cannot force ourselves to truly calm down and relax. Sometimes, we even cannot make ourselves fall asleep peacefully.
