Features: To inherit and promote the fine traditional cultural heritage, we have compiled and published the "Series of Famous Classical Chinese Literary Works" for the reference of literary researchers and enthusiasts. The "Series of Famous Classical Chinese Literary Works" plans to include novels, poems, odes, songs, dramas, and essays, selecting the best original and reference texts, and publishing them after systematic organization and annotation. Although the selected works hold significant positions in literary history and vividly depict the corruption of the feudal society, the darkness of the officialdom, the fraud in imperial examinations, the absurdity of alchemy and gold worship, the extravagance and indulgence of the leisure class, the contrast between poverty and wealth, the cunning of the petty bourgeoisie, and the tragedy of love between young men and women, due to the limitations of the authors' perspectives and the influence of the era, they inevitably contain some feudal dross and certain negative elements, such as the fatalistic depiction of cause and effect, the erotic portrayal of social realities, and the slander against the leaders of peasant uprisings. It is necessary to read them critically, achieving the goal of discarding the dross and embracing the essence, and innovating through renewal.
