Features: This book depicts a heroic unit of the People's Liberation Army, which, after liberating Shanghai, was stationed on Nanjing Road, taking on the arduous and glorious task of guarding. In the highly complex environment at the time, the unit's branch held high the revolutionary red flag, repelled enemy attacks, resisted the corrosive influence of bourgeois "aroma and poison," and truly made all the comrades in the unit become revolutionary sentinels of the proletariat.
