Part III is "Official Document Writing," which first introduces general norms for official document writing, then separately explains the writing methods for administrative, regulatory, and comprehensive documents, accompanied by sample texts. Finally, it summarizes common errors in official document writing. Part IV is "Electronization of Official Document Processing," which focuses on the content of networked circulation of official documents. Part V is "Appendix," which includes official document processing methods, official document subject word lists, laws and regulations on confidentiality and archives, common national standards, and a list of commonly confused characters, all for readers to consult at any time.
