Features: My goal has always been to linger in that passionate era, where the innocence, romance, sincerity, deep love, unrestrainedness, and even hardships of youth are all things I yearn for but can never attain. Because we are entangled too much in the troubles of reality, sometimes we forget the essence of humanity. Troubles all stem from desires. Compared to my formative years, the desires of the 1990s were overwhelmingly rampant, leaving people feeling endlessly lost spiritually. My weapon against this loss is to imbue the characters in my writing with humanistic emotions; their mistakes become beautiful through their innocence! This is a beautifully designed and illustrated collection of essays by Haiyan, another masterpiece by the enigmatic figure in the literary world. Haiyan's prose style is simple and straightforward, with fresh and flowing words. Haiyan has a deep passion for interior design, and this book is interspersed with numerous interior design works by Haiyan, showcasing his multifaceted talents. It provides another key to understanding Haiyan, as well as his social values and aesthetic tastes.
