Features: The Legal Research on EU Environmental Policy is the main research outcome of the EU Environmental Policy and Planning Research Project. The EU Environmental Policy and Planning Research Project was an academic collaboration project approved by the Academic Committee of the China-EU Higher Education Cooperation Program. The research project began preparation in July 1997 and was officially launched in January 1998. Preliminary results were obtained in August 1998, and by 2000, seven volumes of The Legal Research on EU Environmental Policy were completed. This book consists of 13 chapters, providing a comprehensive introduction to the current status and recent achievements of EU environmental policy and law. The authors of each chapter are as follows: Cai Shouqiu is responsible for chapters , II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, and XIII; Geng Jin is responsible for chapter VIII; Cao Xiaojuan is responsible for chapters IX, X, and XI; Ke Jian is responsible for chapter XII. The entire book was edited by Cai Zongqiu.
