The focus is on evaluating students' understanding of fundamental concepts and principles, as well as their ability to apply knowledge comprehensively.
1. Single Choice Questions: Each question consists of a statement (affirmative or negative) and five answer choices. Answer Requirement: Select the best or most appropriate answer for each statement.
2. Multiple Choice Questions: Each question includes a statement and five answer choices. Among the choices, 2–5 are correct. Answer Requirement: Select all correct answers for each statement. Incorrect or omitted answers will not be scored.
3. Fill-in-the-Blank Questions: Each question contains several blank spaces. Answer Requirement: Fill in the appropriate content (words or numbers) in the blanks.
4. Definitions of Terms: Primarily tests students' mastery of basic concepts. Answer Requirement: Provide definitions or direct answers.
5. True or False Questions: Primarily tests students' ability to judge the correctness of concepts or principles described in the question. Answer Requirement: Mark a check (√) or cross (×) in the designated position, then explain the reason for the answer being correct or incorrect.
6. Short Answer Questions: Primarily tests students' understanding of basic principles. Answer Requirement: Focus on key points and provide a concise explanation.
7. Essay Questions: Primarily tests students' ability to analyze and comprehensively address problems. Answer Requirement: Emphasize key points and provide logical arguments.
8. Case Analysis Questions: Primarily tests students' ability to judge and analyze clinical cases, as well as their ability to apply corresponding treatment methods and medications to solve problems. Answer Requirement: State the syndrome-diagnosis, briefly analyze the etiology and pathogenesis, and propose treatment methods and prescriptions.
The book is organized in the order of textbook chapters, divided into the "Question Section" (Part 1) and the "Answer Section" (Part 2). To help readers familiarize themselves with the examination format while mastering the textbook content, an additional section, "Mock Exams and Answer Keys" (Part 3), is included. It features three mock exams of varying difficulty levels, with answer keys providing key points and scoring criteria to facilitate self-assessment and mastery.
