Publish Date: 2004-04-01
Features: This book is designed for practical engineering applications and ease of teaching, explaining the design principles and methods of relay-contact control systems, as well as fundamental knowledge of programmable controllers. Taking typical models such as Hitachi EM-II, Schneider Quantum Quanta series, and Siemens S7-200/300/400 series as examples, it comprehensively discusses the basic working principles, functions, instruction systems, programming software, networking and communication, I/O interface technology, applications, maintenance, and system design examples of programmable controllers. Finally, it systematically introduces the functions and applications of domestic upper-level configuration software KingView 6.5 and imported upper-level configuration software iFIX 2.1. Additionally, it covers the usage methods of Schneider Concept 2.2 programming software and Siemens S7-200 programming software S7-Micro/WIN.
Combining years of teaching and research experience, the author has developed universal typical loop applications for programmable controllers, making it easy for beginners to understand and master these typical loop programs and design arbitrary complex control system programs based on them. To facilitate teaching and self-study, Chapter 9 of the book introduces experiments with programmable controllers.
This book can serve as a textbook for universities and colleges in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial automation, and related fields. It can also be used as a reference for electrical engineering technicians or in relevant training courses.
