Features: In the era of intense transformation, we often feel the power of organizations outside the government and the "owner-like" influence of the government behind them. Organizations that blend the nature of both litigants and non-litigants have raised widespread concern about their role between the government and the private sector. The potential or emerging conflicts between shareholders and stock exchanges, university students and universities, villagers and village committees, and members of industry associations and associations serve as clear evidence. At least, the purpose of this book is: (1) to provide a more appropriate descriptive concept, namely "quasi-governmental organizations"; (2) to adopt an individualistic methodology to avoid the simplification that may arise from general narratives, in order to genuinely concern the "third dimension" between the government and the private sector in the Chinese context; (3) to reveal or answer some challenging real-world issues and contribute strategies for the formation of rational order.
Who is still exercising power: Case study of quasi-governmental organizations: Case study of quasi-governmental organizations
