Features: In the past decade, the Nobel Prize in Economics has been increasingly awarded to experts who have made outstanding contributions in the fields of finance and economics. At the macro level, the policies of fiscal and monetary management departments increasingly reflect the essence of economic thinkers. At the micro level, financial and tax theory has already become an important tool guiding the decision-making of economic entities. "The Financial Science Library" aims to apply the cutting-edge theories of Western finance and economics to China's economic practice, hoping to provide some inspiration for advancing China's financial system reform. Based on a summary and review of the theoretical research and reform practices of financial systems in developing countries, this book constructs a new analytical framework for the financial systems of developing economies. This framework integrates the separation of existing theories from the market perspective and the interest rate perspective, establishing financial system design within the broader context of economic growth and industrial development. As a result, it is both panoramic and dynamic, adapting and changing according to the development stage.
Building on this new theoretical framework, the book repositions the roles and functions of commercial banks, policy banks, and foreign banks in the economic development of developing countries. Based on theoretical and empirical analysis, it proposes target models for the development and regulation of commercial banks, policy banks, and foreign banks.
On this basis, combining the progress of China's financial system reform and the external environment of financial globalization, the book studies the ideal structure of financial systems that can adapt to China's rapid and stable economic growth and industrial structure upgrading. It also puts forward several policy recommendations for deepening China's financial system reform, centered around the achievement of this goal.
