The content of this book includes: the emergence and proposal of public administration ethics, ethical relationships in public administration, ethical norms in public administration, the moral existence, responsibilities, and duties of public administrators, as well as discussions on these responsibilities and duties, and the virtue, moral behavior choices of public administrators, etc. Every public ethics issue addressed in this book is based on a specific organization, department, or individual as a blueprint, making it highly practical and actionable.
